SANTA CRUZ AND MONTEREY PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR PACKAGE
“… a beautiful scenic shoot for my post-wedding photography”
“Santa Cruz and Monterey Photography Tour:”
With so many photographers available, the choices were overpowering. It was our first wedding anniversary and I had promised myself that I would document each anniversary and each birthday after my wedding. I had nothing to look back to from my childhood which made me realize the importance of documenting milestones. Memories were essential for me. And I wanted a photographer who could meet my expectations and make those memories permanent. Even if I did end up with Alzheimer’s, I needed a photographer whose images could make me relive the moments as if nothing was wrong.
When I came across Aaron Wilson’s website, something enticed me. There was a spark in his photography which made me feel as if I was a part of his creations. The feeling was just overwhelming. And I did not need to look any further. He was my final decision.
We packed up a few things and left for the shoot. We had decided on some locations in Santa Cruz before, but Aaron wanted to surprise us with some of his own favorites as well. Here’s how the tour went:
1. The first destination was Berry Creek Falls which was home to one of the most beautiful locations in Santa Cruz. A perfect place for a shoot. Aaron indulged us in the shoot so much that we just could not stop posing for the camera. We were having so much fun with him!
Along the trail, there was a gorgeously stunning waterfall at a height of 60 feet which created a beautiful pool below for an even better shooting spot.
2. The next location was Aaron’s surprise, the Shark Fin Cove which is 9 miles north of Santa Cruz. I have no words for this location! Literally, the moment we stepped foot in this wonderland, we had trouble catching our breath to take in all the beauty this place hosted. Could not have expected any less than this by Aaron. A secluded beach with gorgeous rocks and geological formations with beautiful views in every direction made it our favorite location from the whole shoot.
3. Later, we moved onto the Lighthouse Point for a stunning view of the Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz Wharf and many others for the perfect background to our anniversary shoots.
4. Our next destination was the Sunset State Beach, conveniently timed during the sunset. This beach provides absolutely the best ever view of a sunset, you have ever witnessed. And rest assured, Aaron’s photography did much more than justice to the actual view.
After the shoot was over, my wife and I could not stop talking about the amazing experience we just had. We did not feel the need to make our anniversary any more special than Aaron had already made it. He did not pinch us on time and let us enjoy every single moment and location to the fullest. I have never met a more cooperative and friendly photographer than Aaron Wilson, and I’m not exaggerating! Definitely the best person to go to for a photography tour!
